Northfield Mayor Rhonda Pownell and Community Development Director Jake Reilly talk about plans to create a new comprehensive plan for the city, which is being called Northfield 2045. The kick-off event for citizens to share visions for the future will be Saturday, October 28, noon-3pm at Greenvale Park Elementary School.
