Northfield Mayor Rhonda Pownell and City Administrator Ben Martig discuss the proposed South Lincoln Street road construction project.  There will be a neighborhood meeting about the project tonight (Mar. 1), 5:30-7:00 pm at the Northfield Middle School cafeteria.
